Black Rock Shooter The Game:Chapter 2 New York City

Hiya so this blog will be talking about Chapter 2 or Stage 2 of the game set in New York City. The stage starts with you being in the PSS base where you have to talk to each individual menbers. The Stage then moves on to where Black Rock Shooter is given the Rock Bike or so i heard off someone else.

The stage is set that there are 3 obastacle course inbetween each of the destinations that you need to get to. If you clear all 3 course with no damage to the bike you will recieve a heat feet buff.

 

After clearing each of the stages and monsters at the end of the obstacle course you will come face to face with The Second Apostle MZMA (Mazuma). Mazuma has dark crimsom hair with a spine shaped ornament going across the top left of his head and wears red and black cloloured clothing. Mazuma has the ability to manipulate flames as well as wielding a large red and black double edge sawtooth sword that can also be used as a projectile gun from the tip of the blade.

During the fight Mazuma possess 2 bars of health. He has the ability to move at very fast speed just like Mii as well as shooting fire balls and getting close to slashing you and the ability to create clones. Mazuma also possess a damage increase buff and a special skill where he does 3 slashes in rapid succession that can deal alot of damage to your health. Once both bars are gone Mazuma and BRS will engage in a beam struggle.

Black Rock Shooter The Game ~ Chapter One: San francisco

Hiya so I have so far cleared 2 chapters and right now I will talk about chapter one.]

The game starts off with you being Black Rock Shooter that has 9999 hp and you are up against a monster wielding a Scythe that resembles the one Dead Master uses. This stage is merely teaches you about using skills and how to fight in the game.

The First Chapter starts of in San Franciso where the PSS are being attack as they try to awaken BRS. After Phobos shoots the truck that contains her, BRS finally awakes and engages the alien robots and defeats them all.

commands are Square to fire, Circle to slide, and Cross to gaurd. when you gain skills u can Right tab then Triangle, Square, Cross or Circle to activate skills and you can use Left tab to use items to heal etc.

The game is set up in chapters where there are stages that are required to be cleared with mission on each level and a bonus level when you complete that chapter.

Some of these mission will require you to defeat all the aliens in the area, some will require you to beat sub bosses, other requires you to complete certain task like attaching cables to open door in chapter one and to be honest it is rather easy to follow through. (considering on writing a walkthrough if im not lazy)

After hitting the end of the first chapter you will face The First Apostle MEFE (Mii) who is a A Class Alien and has the appearence of young woman dress in the stereotypical fashion of a wich in RPG games. Mii weilds a massive axe and has 2 bars of health and can move at fast speed jumping from one spot to another at times. Mii also uses a Attack Damage buff and has attacks which creates four spheres of dark energy which are launch at BRS, one focus a ballof energy in her axe and is then launch (if i remenber correctly) others includes her approaching up close and strike BRS with heavy blows, several striaght waves of slashes and a variation where she launches slashes of energy blades from both sides. Once both her health are gone you will engage Mii in a close range intense Sword Vs Axe fight that you normally get out of animes and manga, all you have to do is mash the circle button untill the bar turns blue.

Black Rock Shooter The Game

Hiya, So recently I have just got my hands on the "Black Rock Shooter The Game" on the PSP which i have been waiting for a long time to release.

The game is set in the future where the human race has been invaded by aliens and have been brought close to extinction. Since 2032 the human race has been brought down to a small handful of survivers who are charged with defending the earth until the earth ultimate weapon "Black Rock Shooter" has been  awakened.
19 years since the invasion Black Rock Shooter a.k.a BRS has awaken in the year 2051 in a ruin San Fransico where she defends the earth from the alien invasion and faces the Seven Apostles with the assisstance of UEF-PSS.

Black Rock Shooter:

Resemble a small girl in her early teens that seems to be roughly around 14. She has blue eyes with the left eye being able to blaze blue flames and unevenly tied pigtails. She wield a black katana (Black Blade) and the Rock Cannon. She also possesses a bike and a Jet and her fighting capabilities allows her to fight on par with the Seven Apostles.

United Earth Force - Primary Support Service:

The UEF-PSS or commonly known as the PSS ingame are what seems to be the remaining Earth Military force who fight as a resistence against the invading alien forces.

The Seven Apostles

The Seven Apostles was originally a group of 15 however for unknown reasons only 7 remain. It was believe that White Rock Shooter had killed the other 8 or it was the Humans that killed them either way for the last 19 years the surviving 7 have carried on the invasion.  They have been using a amarda of mechanized robots in order to invade the humans.

White Rock Shooter

She is identical in appearence to Black Rock Shooter only in opposite colours and slightly different clothings. Examples are WRS has white hair oppose to the black that are split into two even pigtails, magenta eye and magenta flame in the right eye oppose to the blue eyes and blue flame in the left eye. She also sports a Large scythe and wings.

New Set coming to S4!

Hiya, so just a little while ago i heard that their is a new set coming to S4 league (korean ver.) called the BackStreet Set which is the costume we see Lilith wearing. There will be a Male and female version and will also be realease in the near future of EUS4.

Sorry for the very short report and i hope everyone enjoys S4 and here are some pictures of the set.

Also success rates for G-Caps costumes are much higher than Weapon capsules taking up to 20~50 tries unless you are lucky.

Iron Eyes Patches Update

Hiya ScarElfy here. As you all know the recent edition to S4 League Irons Eyes Season 2 has been installed into the game with the new GUI.

The GUI that has been place into the game does need some time to get use to but none less there a slight improvement to some features and also a few downgrades etc but all in all what done is done.

First off the new patch for Iron Eyes Introduce the new game mode Seige Mode a Catch the Flag type game where players had to conquer bases.

Tips: Some personal tips by me is that like all Catch the Flag type games does not require full on Death Match where you just focus solely on killing.
Seige mode requires at least 1 person on the base to convert it and it is best if there is about 2 there as the others drive the defenders away.
It is wise to split up your forces if you are in a 8v8 room so that it evenly divided at least 2 on each base and 2 moving from 1 area to the next providing support.
If you see opposition converting a base throw them off and out to stop conversion.
Always pick up the chips especially +1 chips.

The maps introduce are the IronHeart and SkyLine Map for Seige mode.

The Costumes released for IronEyes Season so far are the Royal set for the girls and the Imperial Set for the guys.

Okay some future updates which will be coming to the EUS4 at some point in future are the New Lilith clothes set seen in Iron Eyes Trailer which has yet to be release. However, In the KS4 there is the new weapons seen in trailer being release being the Guilloutine CS (G-Cap), The Assualt Rifle a rapid firing weapon and the Turret which has two modes, a stationary mode where a metal shield is form and all movement is impossible but the power and rapid fire balances it out and also a portable mode where you can walk around firing away a dual HMG like weapon.

These weapons will roughly arrive in not to distant future about end of this month or possibly next depending on Alaplaya.

THE FUMBI IS BACK! Simple as the fumbi shop is revamped! stuff cost about 1000pen now and a few features like bonus feature and higher permament item drop rate.



 A new pet is included into S4 known as the Pappinyang (name may change on EUS4). Not much detail is know such as if it G-Cap, AP or Pen but it offers users some forcepack features and it goes well with the New Lilith Set.

S4 League Season 2 Iron Eyes

Hello ScarElfy here and today's post will be something which has left me wanting more out of new S4 league upcoming release (possibly in late July).

Judging from this trailer, the story continues with Lilith in a new costume signifying time has past since the sealing of Ophelia which she carries a doll to remenber her by. The era of Dark Lightning ends and the Iron Eyes age begins (bit like industrial revolution).

The new age brings new weapons, new maps and new enemies that Lilith has to face where she alone takes on the army of soldiers who are trying to elimate her as she tries to stop them from rising to power in the NetSphere.

Outspark  is once again release a new game in which they will be hosting named Luvinia Online which is currently in the CBT stages where lucky players who obtain the promotional key will get a chance to enter the CBT and test out the game.

Sorry for such a short post cause unfortunately I don't know what to write as not much detail is release but looks wise it reminds me of Fiesta Online.

The Game currently have five classes Fighter, Cleric, Mage, Archer and Trickster. the roles of each of the characters are as followed. (Though bare in mind alot of rebalancing has messed up the classes)

Fighter: Sword and Shield fighters were initially used for tanking as they had higher defense than axe and 2 hand sword users. The idea behind tanking people who have seen to have forgotten is that you are meant to hold off the opposition from killing the party by asorbing all the damage yourself. This is leaning towards the path of Knights.

Axe users are used for close combat tanking and for damage dealing as well as being the more ideal class for PVP. This will lead towards the Gladiators path. However, it is advised that for a axe user to Tank which was not ideal, alot of investment will be put into armours and weapons (usually +9) to create a highly durable tanker.

Cleric: The role is like any RPG, the healer and medic of the five classes and is important in any party you or they are in. However, due to the importance of the role of a cleric it is not advisable for them to be PLVLED in game as this method is indead helpful in leveling up fast but at the cost of gameplay experience making hours of would be experience not being achieved. It would be more helpful if the form of plvling was with people around your level where you can actually get healing experience also it is advised that if you lag or AFK in game that cleric is not a suitible role as they are vital in high level dungeons.

Mage: The fastest magic damage dealing class ingame. being a AoE and DPS (damage per second) class it is advised to have max out DMG as they are the most useful when dishing out damage at the opposition and a major adversary in PVP especially in the higher levels.

Archer: This is a perfect solo class and DoT class utilising poisons and just as effective as mages in a party and unfortunately the current players have neglected archers from joining party and quest as they believe they are not as capable as the Mages in terms of damage or PVP.

Trickster: The newest addition to the four classes and just like the arcehrs they utilise poison for damge over time, and deals the fastest and most damge of any class in terms of physical strenth though depends on gears and builds when it comes to rivaling the damage witha  axe user. The are capable of single target tanking like sword and shield users but will require incredibly high evasion and a reliable cleric back up.

The founding of Fiesta Online!

Fiesta Online originally created by Onson was known as Shine Online, the Korean version of the game which was roughly released back in 2005 where closed and open beta was held in Korea.

Later on in the year 2007 the newly founded Outspark at the time got contract agreement with Onson and launch closed beta version of the game under the title Fiesta Online in September 2007 to the world where people from all over the world can sign up to play.

However, by about the later half of 2009 the game had started to become IP blocked as many other companies obtain contracts for hosting the game such as Gamio gaining permission to host in Europe leading to players unable to sign up to new accounts from Europe. Bright Kingdom was then release in Japan and China as well so players from Asia became IP blocked to.

The new IP blocks lead to many players losing ability to gain new accounts and many higher level players to lose interest due to slow content release and slowly more and more players left. However more and more new players are joining the game everyday and it is up to us older players to teach them how to play.

How to Write Reports to GM's

Heya, so as always in every online games you will have all sorts of problems and questions which will require you to contact a menber of staff at the host company of the game. However sometimes nothing is done, you get no reply or you don't quite get the answer you desire.

Well first off GM's and menbers of staff are not there for you to take your stress out on them as they will be going through many different tickets and looking into alot of matters posted to them. Last thing the person who is reading your ticket is to see thats all the rage and anger poured into it and that it isn't very pleasent to read which might put them off in their co-orperation with you.

First off when you write reports, try to be formal and hold back from nasty or inappropriate comments like swearing, name calling etc. Be clear and specific about what you are reporting to them and say what the problem is. Have evidence and make notes or comments that you believe they have broken ToS or ToC and lastly just add something at end like "I hope this matter is ressolve soon in appropriate manner and look forwrad from hearing from you" then sign it off.

Dear (name of company or host)

I have reason to suspect Player A is using a hack that is giving him infinite HP and that this is a clear violation of ToC and that he need needs to be dealt with. I have provided printscreens below and video as evidence.

Freddiew Latest Video

Hey guys whilst I'm working on my Fiesta Online blog draft, I came across a video posted by Friddie Wong who is a awesome special effects editor and a major FPS and gun fanatic in my opinion he the typical Asian much like me in some ways...

His latest video below is one that I find very touching as it is a direct tribute to the current games society.
In most recent years a large number of very shameless Hackers, Glitch exploiters and Cheaters have appeared on many Online PC games.

At times they are amusing to watch but all fair honesty they are breaking the law and understand very little or the circumstances this includes Private Servers which sadly people believe are legit but however as long as no contract or any known connection between the hosters and the developers they are illegal and should not be supported.

Friddie's quote: "We address the sorry state of PC gaming. Gamers unite! Let us reclaim PC gaming from hackers and griefers!"

Please, Please, Please for the sake of the Games Companies who bring you your daily online games, co-orperate with them and report any hackers to GM's with solid evidence such as Printscreens or video evidence Fraps is very useful. Also Glitchers you need to report them as well though i know players do not report them as some are harmless and can be convient, but it is not fair if the glitches bring about unfair advantage as they are exploits in the game and it best developers and programmers know so report please.

Cash Shop hackers are hard to file reports against and will require many evidence it is best to report the programmes they use to hack with and the site they accuire them from. Compare to the gameplay hacks in my opinion Cash shop hacks are by far Illegal and bad on far to many terms as you are stealing and you should have some shame and stop.

Privite Servers are a VERY illegal thing to do and I must argue that they should not be supported and that they should be reported. These PS owners will try to hide and fight against all legal lawsuits with everything they have as they have broken the law and do not want to face reality of what they are doing. Many players do not understand the actions they take and do and I find that pityful that all formerly bueatiful and brilliant games are fallen into the hands of hackers, cheaters and very rude people.

Many will argue that Private Servers are indeed better than legit versions and what they do aren't bad and they provide better service. Well truth be told they are doing more harm to legit running games and majority of there contents are stolen and illegally tampered as the most obvious thing is without permission and legit contract to possess and legally distributes a developers game makes it illegal and any patches and change to content is illegaly tampering personal and private data. (please take note that PS supporters are liable to being banned on legit versions if caught)

G caps and I caps

So I was just on MSN with one of my friends and one of the issues I have encountered was the understandings of G-caps, I-caps and couponed forcepacks system in the game...

Well just like Fumbi system which produces weapons and clothings with a small chance of recieving a permament. The Capsules work in the same fashion though limited to weapons and clothings they give.

Lets take the Lilith G-Cap Set as an example. When you buy the capsule you will recieve either Coupons (which I worked out as 98% chance) or Permament clothing set (about 2%). Then in zone two you will get either the 1day, 7 days, or 30 days set of the clothes or coins for arcade or buff system. The last slot you will recieve 300-100,000 pen.

As for weapons capsules which apply to G and I Caps you can get 2 coupons in zone one or a pernament weapon (chances are low) zone two you will recieve a chipset which can increase reload speed of said weapon or ammo increase, there is a off chance a 1 day +6 weapon or a +1 permament weaponis given. Zone 3 you can recieve 1,000-100,000 pen.

Then all the coupons you have collected will be used for eitehr buying the Taser (250 coupons) or Crow (250 coupons) which would ammount to about 125 capsules each which is about 2.1mill pen... on I caps alone said some players... Though there are Pets like the bunny or Chaser virus doll from the coupon shop.

Well from my own research on my other account which i have spent pen and AP on capsules I will like to share with you that after buying roughly 50 capsules for Lilith and Ophelia I got perms as well as Shark SMG guns which makes it about 2% chance of getting perms(shark SMG was from 3 free caps i got during event). Although i accumalated enough for a Taser forcepack and I wasted about 30 event capsules for easter egg perm and 1 caps for Underway set... Though Whole thing is on Luck alone but i hope this bit of information helps.
